Completely free. No payment, no obligation to use us after the visit. We assess, measure, and give you a written itemised quotation. The visit takes 30–45 minutes. We can schedule as early as tomorrow.
How fast is your repair response in Nairobi?

Same-day in Nairobi and Kiambu for bookings received before noon. Next-day for other Nairobi suburbs. Within 48 hours for major towns outside Nairobi. We text you a confirmed arrival window within 2 hours of booking.
How do I pay?

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cash on completion. Installations: 50% deposit on agreement, 50% on completion. Repairs and maintenance: payment on completion. Itemised proforma invoice before any work starts.
Will I have one point of contact throughout?

Yes. One coordinator manages your booking from site survey through to warranty support. You get their direct WhatsApp from the day you confirm — and they stay with your job start to finish.
Do you repair fences installed by other companies?

Yes — we repair all brands and all fence types regardless of who installed them. Nemtek, Stafix, JVA, Gallagher, and unbranded systems. Same-day response in Nairobi.
